Internal Auditor Course (3 Day Course) This three day course is designed to train employees in internal auditing principles and techniques. Outline follows the American Society for Quality (ASQ) outline. Topics include: Auditing fundamentals; Auditing Process, Auditor Competence and Characteristics; Audit Program and Business Applications and Quality Tools and Techniques. Program includes overview on implementing an audit program or improving current programs. Cost is $750.00 per person and includes materials. This course teaches the basic fundamentals of overall internal auditing which includes but is not limited to ISO Standards auditing as courses taught by ISO Registrars are. Participants will receive certificates of successful completion. Course prepares auditors for the ASQ certification exam which is recognized by ASQ as well as RAB-QSA.
ISO 9001 Executive Overview (1 Day) This is a one day course aimed at senior level managers and executives on the ISO 9001:2008 Standard, implementation and certification process. The cost is $250.00 per person and includes materials.
Becoming a Better Supervisor/Manager (1 Day) This one Day training seminar is aimed at new supervisors and managers.
